Data flow

From the till to the report, without the old matching pipeline.

  1. The owner or staff types in POS or speaks to the Orb.
  2. The API authenticates the role and applies the change or the query on the business.
  3. A sale draws inventory and may send a ticket to the floor printer.
  4. Reports read those sales. The plan is checked separately (trial or Stripe).

There is no “request → match → WhatsApp” flow. That was another product.
