Data flow

From the page to the order, without the old matching pipeline.

  1. The person who opens the shop publishes products. The order goes out on WhatsApp or, if they ask, through Protecta.
  2. The API authenticates the account and stores the catalog and the order.
  3. The WhatsApp message leaves from the sender’s device. If the order is Protecta, the payment stays in custody until delivery.
  4. Wallet and P2P use the same identity; escrow and transfers are signed by the user on Base.

There is no “request → match → WhatsApp” flow. That was another product.
