Creating a deal

If you are selling

1. Create the deal. In the app, tap Create a deal and fill in:
   • What is sold. For example, “iPhone 14 Pro, 256 GB”.
   • Amount and currency. Pesos, dollars, or euros.
   • Description. The item’s condition and what is included.
   • Terms. How and where it is delivered, and how it is checked.
2. Share the link or QR code with the buyer, on WhatsApp or wherever you are talking.
3. Wait for payment confirmation. Nodo lets you know when the buyer’s money is held.
4. Deliver and mark it in the deal.
5. Get paid. Once the buyer confirms receipt, Nodo pays you the amount minus the 5% fee (minimum USD 5 or equivalent).

Do not deliver before the deal shows the payment is held.

If you are buying

1. Open the link the seller sent and review the deal: what is sold, the amount, the description, and the terms.
2. Accept and pay. You pay the price plus the 3% fee (minimum USD 5 or equivalent), by card, bank transfer, or cash.
3. Receive and check what you bought.
4. Confirm receipt. That confirmation tells Nodo to pay the seller.

Do not confirm receipt until you have checked what you received.

If something goes wrong

While the money is held, either side can open a dispute from the deal. Use the deal chat to keep a record and upload any receipts you have. Nodo reviews the case and decides whether the money goes to the seller or back to the buyer.
