Shop

The shop is your business’s public page on Nodo. Customers browse your products, build an order, and send it to you on WhatsApp, already written out.

What it includes

• Products with a photo, name, and price.
• An address of your own, such as yourshop.nodoia.app.
• A shopping cart.
• Orders arrive on your WhatsApp with the full detail.
• The option to pay with Protecta, if the customer asks and you accept.

Cost

The shop and WhatsApp orders are free. There is no monthly fee and no commission. Only orders paid through Protecta carry the Protecta fee.

How an order arrives

1. The customer visits your page and picks products.
2. They build the cart.
3. Their WhatsApp opens with the order written out, addressed to your number.
4. You agree on payment and delivery over WhatsApp, or the customer pays with Protecta.

Customers don’t need an account to place an order.

What Nodo does not do here

When an order is paid directly between customer and shop, Nodo is not involved in that payment and does not store the WhatsApp conversation. To have the payment protected, use Protecta.
