User account
Access, roles, and what we keep about you.
The account is yours. The business belongs to the owner. One email does not run two businesses at once in the current flow: you are owner of one, or staff of one.
Sign in and out
You sign in with the provider you choose. You can sign out from settings. Deleting the account removes access; if you are the owner, deleting the business is a separate step and it is permanent.
Owner and staff
The owner invites. Staff accept. Staff do not see fiscal billing or the plan payment. If the owner’s POS is closed, staff are closed too.
Privacy
We handle email, sign-in identifiers, and, if there is a business, the operations data the owner loads. Detail in Privacy and security and the Policy.
