What data Nodo touches and where the legal text lives.
Nodo handles account data (email, sign-in) and, if there is a business, operations data: menu, inventory, sales, staff, printer, e-CF if you connect it, and what you tell the Orb.
We do not sell that information. The plan is charged by Stripe; we do not store the full card number. The printer lives on the floor network.
