Privacy and security
What data Nodo touches and where the legal text lives.
Nodo handles account data (email, sign-in) and, if there is a shop, the products, the prices, and the WhatsApp number for orders.
If you use the wallet or P2P, Nodo also binds a Base address, indexes on-chain activity, and — for trades — stores ads, bank or remittance details, escrow hashes, and chat. A cash-out is a request (manual settlement, still being finalized).
The shop publishes products on a page. A WhatsApp order is not held by Nodo, and that conversation is not stored here. Protecta is separate: fiat custody of an order’s payment, not the wallet and not the on-chain escrow.
We do not sell that information. We do not hold your keys. If a card payment goes through a processor, we do not store the full card number.
